Telecommunications Services Minter Consulting brings over twenty years of experience in Telecommunications designing and implementing technology such as structured and network cabling, closed circuit television (CCTV), fiber optics, distributed antenna systems (DAS), Infrastructure Construction (OSP) and project management solutions. Our Telecommunications Services extend to Central Office, Remote Office and supporting CLEC’s national network applications for voice/data/wireless infrastructures.

Through our partnership with APSI, Minter Consulting has the ability to employ, train and certify some of the best talent in the business. APSI is a licensed Fiber Optic Association (FOA) and Electronic Technicians Association (ETA) school which allows us to offer our clients “certified” technicians for projects that require personnel with globally recognized credentials. Our talent pool includes designers, technicians, engineers and managers who have extensive field knowledge and have completed a customer service training program to add extra value when dealing with clients scenarios on the work site. We can establish and mobilize crews for any engagement CONUS or OCONUS.
Project Management Methodology 
Minter Consulting has a staff of experienced Project Managers each with extensive expertise in managing small to large project engagements. We utilize a blend of in-house proprietary performance systems called The Value Wave along with industry standard processes such as Six Sigma. Our Project Methodologies are designed to to improve quality and revenue over the time of the engagement. Our systems use valuable resources such as People, Lean Sigma, Change Management and Project Tools. We manage each turn-key deliverable which allows the Minter Consulting Team the ability to handle small and large projects throughout the United States.
